The CAT gives us enough information to guide and advise leadership. Modules are optional and offered as a way to provide supplemental questions to build an understanding of the congregation based on the unique needs of the church. Each congregation can add two modules to their CAT and five supplemental questions. This guidance will keep the assessment from being too long for respondents.
