When you need to dig deeper, we specialize in developing evidence-based, custom assessments tailored to your unique objectives. Our approach to data collection is rooted in the belief that every voice in your organization must have the opportunity to be heard, and that each perspective should be equally weighted and valued.
What You Receive:
- Strategic Development: Up to two collaborative planning meetings for one hour to help you design and refine your questions for maximum impact.
- Branded Experience: An accessible, professionally built assessment featuring your organization’s logo.
- Streamlined Review: One consolidated session for minimal edits once the initial tool has been assembled.
- Professional Reporting: A comprehensive, tailored report built specifically around your assessment data.
Investment & Scope of Work:
- Custom Assessment Package: $1,000.00
- Optional Results Review: If you would like our team to review the results with you at the end of the process to discuss insights, there is an additional cost of $350.
- Consulting Parameters: We value excellent time stewardship and strive to keep projects moving efficiently. The base package covers the 1–2 initial planning meetings and one round of minor edits. Any additional meetings, extensive revisions, or support outside of this defined scope will be billed at our standard consulting rate of $150 per hour.
