As the Director of Office Operations for Holy Cow! Consulting, Amy is skilled in business operations, client retention, sales and customer service.  She has experience working with muli-location operations and helping startups get off the ground.

Amy has worked in the wellness industry for over 25 years in the last 12 years focused in the yoga industry.  It is her passion to help others grow and to encourage them to push beyond their limitations and seek the higher elevation in which they’ve been called upon to do.

Amy enjoys spending time with her 2 children, Cash and London, running marathons and doing yoga.


Cecelia Bishman, Administrative Assistant

Cecelia makes sure assessments are entered, and generally helps us with all of those very important behind the scenes client care items.  Before her work with Holy Cow! Consulting, Cecelia spent years as an Office Manager for  law practice in Columbus, Ohio.  She has extensive lay-training and experience in counseling and working with congregational systems.

Cecelia lives in Pastaskala, Ohio and spends her free time playing with her eight grandchildren, reading, sewing and road-tripping with her friends.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in English and Psychology from Muskingum College. Elizabeth is a Licensed Social Worker and earned a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University, after completing an internship with the Union County Mental Health and Recovery Board. During her internship, she ran group treatment programs in the Ohio Reformatory for Women and supported programming at Wings, a peer drop in center for those struggling with substance misuse or a behavioral health diagnosis. 

In 2001, Elizabeth spent a year as a volunteer with the Young Adult Volunteer program with the Presbyterian Church in Buenos Aires, Argentina. While in country, she worked under the supervision of the Catholic church, working alongside the local priest and serving in El Telar as a substitute teacher. 

Elizabeth has 20 years of experience working in child welfare. First as an Intake Child Welfare Caseworker, engaging and supporting families in crisis. She was promoted to a Child Welfare Supervisor of an infant and toddler unit in 2010. In 2011, she moved to the position of Director of Volunteers and Child Enrichment where she managed all agency donations and the agency’s five volunteer and mentoring programs for child welfare impacted youth. In this position, she has used many of the Holy Cow! tools over the years to follow a strong strategic plan to increase outcomes for the youth and families served by her team, as well as facilitating leadership development. She has worked in volunteer oversight and skill discernment for those volunteers.

She is excited to continue the critical work of helping churches and other organizations grow in vitality to help support strong communities and neighborhoods with the Holy Cow! team.


Susan Czolgosz, Consultant and Trainer

Susan a former member of the Bishop’s staff of the Diocese of Chicago (with responsibilities for transitions, leadership development and consulting with congregations), and now a lay leader in the Church of Northern Indiana. Susan has 20-plus years of experience consulting with congregations, middle judicatories and faith-based non-profits helping them to listen deeply to God’s call in their ministries. Her work focuses on assisting them discern and then create pathways/strategies for their futures. She deeply committed to the use of the Holy Cow! Consulting tools and the discernment they provide for next steps.

Emily is committed to Holy Cow! Consulting’s mission which only happens by providing clients with excellent customer service and statistically reliable data for the entire organizational system.

Before her work with Holy Cow! Consulting, Emily was the Director of Human Resources and Finance for a successful multi-location, regional company.   Emily has consulted in the areas of marketing, hiring, staffing and management.    Emily also spent several years as a staff attorney for the Legal Aid Society representing low income members of the community.  In this work, she focused on both legal and community issues that create social barriers for homeless individuals and families, as well as creating trainings for Judges, magistrates and other attorneys in the area of housing law and how to work effectively with legal issues faced by the low income community.

Emily received her bachelor degree from The Ohio State University and her Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School. She lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband, Mark, and her two children, Lyla and Henry.   In her free time, Emily spends time reading as much as she can, listening to podcasts, doing yoga, getting outside with her two golden retrievers, and hanging with her family.
