As the Director of Office Operations for Holy Cow! Consulting, Amy is skilled in business operations, client retention, sales and customer service. She has experience working with muli-location operations and helping startups get off the ground.
Amy has worked in the wellness industry for over 25 years in the last 12 years focused in the yoga industry. It is her passion to help others grow and to encourage them to push beyond their limitations and seek the higher elevation in which they’ve been called upon to do.
Amy enjoys spending time with her 2 children, Cash and London, running marathons and doing yoga.
As the Director of Consulting Services for Holy Cow! Consulting, Robyn is skilled in report analysis, interpretation of results, and helping churches and strategic partners begin their journey to greater vitality and purpose through her warm and concrete approach.
Robyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in Math and Science Education at Cleveland State University. Her masters work, also at Cleveland State University, focused on developing educational programs and techniques for teaching academically gifted students as well as advocating for their special needs in primary/secondary schools. In addition, she has taught math and science in private and public schools in Ohio. She has lived in several areas of the United States, and now calls Nashville, TN home. Her well-rounded experience includes program and project management in churches and universities, as well as in the private sector.
Robyn loves to travel the country and visit the National Parks with her husband. She spends as much time with her family and her dog as she can and is always looking forward to her next skydiving adventure.
Cecelia makes sure that our books our shipped, assessments are entered, and generally helps us with all of those very important behind the scenes client care items. Before her work with Holy Cow! Consulting, Cecelia spent years as an Office Manager for law practice in Columbus, Ohio. She has extensive lay-training and experience in counseling and working with congregational systems.
Cecelia lives in Pastaskala, Ohio and spends her free time playing with her eight grandchildren, reading, sewing and road-tripping with her friends.
Emily is committed to Holy Cow! Consulting’s mission which only happens by providing clients with excellent customer service and statistically reliable data for the entire organizational system.
Before her work with Holy Cow! Consulting, Emily was the Director of Human Resources and Finance for a successful multi-location, regional company. Emily has consulted in the areas of marketing, hiring, staffing and management. Emily also spent several years as a staff attorney for the Legal Aid Society representing low income members of the community. In this work, she focused on both legal and community issues that create social barriers for homeless individuals and families, as well as creating trainings for Judges, magistrates and other attorneys in the area of housing law and how to work effectively with legal issues faced by the low income community.
Emily received her bachelor degree from The Ohio State University and her Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School. She lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband, Mark, and her two children, Lyla and Henry. In her free time, Emily spends time raising awareness for children with neurofibromatosis, serving on the foundation of her local library, reading as much as she can, listening to podcasts and running after or with her children
Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology, a Master’s degree in counseling psychology, and extensive post-graduate studies in business and religious studies. She also holds certificates in conflict mediation from the Lombard Mennonite Peace Center.
Susan currently lives in South Bend, Indiana and enjoys travel, hiking, biking, reading and cooking with family and friends.

Michelle Snyder, Senior Consultant
Michelle Snyder is the senior consultant for Harps and Willows Consulting, a consulting company specializing in building capacity in middle judicatories to strategically and systematically use organizational intelligence to create vital congregations. With training in both theology and mental health, Michelle brings a unique perspective to congregational systems and their functioning. She has experience doing strategic planning, transition planning, and assisting congregations with discernment, all from an evidence base.
When not consulting, Michelle does suicide prevention work with congregations as the owner and director of Soul Shop, a national movement to equip faith community leaders to minister to those impacted by suicidal desperation. Michelle also teaches in the masters of social work program at the University of Pittsburgh and supports her husband, a PCUSA pastor, in his ministry.
