It was a good experience. We learned a lot about our church and how the members are feeling. Though the assessment process was very involved we received support from the beginning to end. It was very helpful hearing how we measured up to other churches was amazing. We are doing good for a small congregation. It is always good to hear that you have some strengths. It helps you to continue moving forward. Our consultant really made herself available to us. She did a great job explaining and breaking down information so it was understandable and useful.
