As a church in transition as we seek a new pastor, our experience with HolyCow! Consulting was very helpful in assessing the needs of our members, providing a picture of the church as we begin the pastoral search process, and identifying traits that we should seek in our new pastor.
The information in the CAT report provided validation of our sense about where our congregation is and highlighted some of our challenges. The report helps clarify some areas of focus for our more immediate goals. (April 2024)
