The Congregation Assessment Tool has clarified what we need to prioritize as we begin crafting our strategic plan. It also identified some underlying obstacles. I work as a consultant with other Episcopal churches in transition and recommend Holy Cow often. I always tell them that the survey uncovers things they might know about themselves deep down but haven’t been named.
