Congregations in Transition
A two hour online consulting session with the church board, Transition, Profile or Search Committee. During this time, your consultant will help your team work through necessary next steps for your transition time, growth edges that need attention, and look at what type of clergy could be a good next fit for your congregation.
Congregations in a Strategic Planning Process
A two hour online consulting session with the Strategic Planning team for your congregation. During this time, your consultant will help outline best practices in planning, discuss areas that need attention in your congregation’s strategic plan for success, and review best practices for implementation.
Listening Sessions Preparation and Training for Lay Leader Facilitation:
A two hour consulting session to help Leaders prepare for Listening Sessions. Sometimes your assessment results indicate that more listening needs to happen. This consulting session will help your team develop effective Listening Sessions questions and discuss best practices for Listening sessions planning and facilitation.
The cost for any of the above sessions is $450.
