Thanksgiving has become one of my favorite holidays. It is a time set aside for us to contemplate what a great gift our lives are, not matter how imperfect. For me, it is a time to look at the faces around my table and know that I am infinitely blessed.
But this year, when I think of all of the things I have to be thankful for, I think of all of you. I am thankful for all of the people I have had the opportunity to meet in the last year, all of the congregations and organizations that have 
touched my life, and all of support I have received as I have moved into this world of Organizational Intelligence. God has asked us to be thankful in all circumstances and all of you have made that an easy task for me.
The Holy Cow! Consulting office will be closed this Thursday and Friday so we can enjoy our time with our families. We wish you and your families many blessings on this holiday. Happy Thanksgiving.
